I got a Calling.....

I have been praying for a calling. Last month, I was asked to be the Music Chairman in our ward at church. I didn't even know what they do but after talking with one of the counselors. It's not what I thought it would be....I get to pick the hymns for each sacrament meeting, and pick the special musical numbers. It is all online too! I just put in the hymnal and hymn name month by month. A member of the bishopric has it all laid out on a spreadsheet with the topics/theme and who is speaking. It is really easy to do even when I can't be there each week until the cold weather goes away. I am so blessed to have a calling where I can serve in our ward. I love it!
