Just dropped our girls off at my parents house for a sleepover! Natalie's first time, Eva has spent the night there several times throughout hospital stays with Natalie. Tonight, I 'm going to Blue Springs high school prom with my handsome Officer Mohler. Sooooo looking forward to the yummy dinner!
Blue springs high school prom rocked! Seriously,....loved watching the students having fun dancing, even when a student split the backside of his pants, he went and laughed it off and came back with shorts on. Enjoyed the smiles, the food and of course the photo booth with my stud muffin officer Mohler. What a night! Miss our girls! Cant wait to see them in the morning!

A sweet little note from my Best Friend.....you are an amazing mother. Your compassion for your family and children is incredible and its something I'm grateful to be apart of. Thank you for blessing our family with smiles and unconditional love for the last eight years. Its been a very exciting eight years and I can't wait to grow old with you!(except seeing the girls grow up... they need to stay small.) AWWW! Love him!

Happy Mother's Day! Went to leave for church at 8:40 this morning....car wouldn't start, hubby has changed the oil, new filter and put on a new fuel filter. It starts up but doesn't stay on. hubby is working so hard to get the car running. So glad that knows his car stuff!

This week is Police Officer appreciation week. So blessed that I married one who has been a great support. For the past 4 years, he has worked as the School Resource Officer at Blue Springs High School. So very proud of the many experiences he has had as a SRO. The life long friendships we've made along the way. His 4 year journey will be ending soon and then he be back working the roads again. Please take time to Thank an Officer this week.

Look who lost a tooth this morning!! Definitely, a bittersweet moment....our little girl is growing up! She is pretty excited about the tooth fairy coming tonight.

Love it when I come home from the store and surprise the girls with 2 packages of underwear and socks. They each got to pick 10 pairs of socks and 11 underwear! I marked them all with an N or E. Loved seeing them smile. Gotta love the simple things!

Two years ago today, my sweet grandma sally earned her angel wings. We miss her bunches. So blessed for all the wonderful memories. We love you, grandma sally!
Took the girls to home depot to build a mini riding lawn mower. What fun! Then off to Kansas with my family to decorate grandma sally's headstone and a several others along the way. Drove on highway 635 for the first time today while following hubby and my parents. It was great to spend time with them. The girls, uncle Marcus and I enjoyed singing Christmas songs on the way back.

Natalie's Best Friend Olivia was in her preschool class. We were finally able to have a playdate with them at their house on a rainy day. What a great time we had. Her mom and I, have so much in common. I love that they are a Christian family too. :) I definitely see many more play dates in the future!

I love hearing Eva sing along to the Frozen soundtrack.....totally melts my heart.
Shunt checkup......Can you believe Natalie has had her shunt in for almost 5 years (September 3, 2009). Hasn't had any infections or complications. What a blessing!
Spent the afternoon at Mccoy water park, then went to our friends house and spent the rest of the day in their awesome pool! All the girls wanted for dinner was cheerios, toast and juice! Pretty sure the girls will be sleep before 7!
June 19, 2014 NEW BEDDING!!
Didn't spend much time at home today......ran errands, stopped at a few garage sales, checked out a really awesome Lea McKeighan park in Lee's Summit, took the girls to Pet land where they fell in love with bunny rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs and ferrets, had their first dressing room experience trying on a new outfit (they didn't even want me in there either!), grocery shopping, and then picked daddy up from work, ran home for about an hour, dropped the girls off at our friends house, hubby and I met my parents for dinner at the Pizza Ranch......excellent place!! Then stopped by Barnes and noble on our way to pick up the girls. They missed us and we sure missed them! Gotta love busy, and fun Saturdays!

So Friday afternoon, Eva and Natalie run into each other, Eva 's head smacks into Natalie's mouth which knocks her top front tooth loose. Tonight, they were wrestling and Eva bumps into Natalie's cheek and out pops her tooth!! That is 3 teeth in the past month! Tooth Fairy may have to take out a loan!

After getting a back/neck adjustment from Page Crow. I told the girls I felt like a new woman. Natalie replies, "I thought you are a old woman!" Eva even agreed!! Silly girls!! This momma is not old!
