August 2014 memories!

August 1, 2014 Back to school shopping....supplies, new pajamas, new dress, underwear, and socks! Hard to believe our miracle baby is going to KINDERGARTEN in 12 days!! Thank you our sweet neighbor, Bee for coming along!

We love HOME DEPOT kids workshops. In August, they got to make a pencil holder! Eva needed my help with started the nail but did great hammering them in. Natalie pretty much watched what I did and did it herself.

Pretty sure she looks so  much older now. STOP growing up Natalie! We are not ready for a 6 year old yet! :) 

August 7, 2014 

Natalie received a letter from her kindergarten teacher tonight. As I was reading it aloud, it brought tears to my eyes. Our little 2 lb miracle is REALLLY starting kindergarten in 6 days!!! Pretty sure she is more ready then we are.

Before school started, Natalie wanted to try on all her new outfits! What a fun little fashion show we had........ 

August 12, 2014 

Cannot believe that the day is almost here! Our sweet, kind, funny, beautiful, miracle heads off to kindergarten tomorrow. I am so excited for this milestone, I look forward to hearing about her day, and listen to her read books.  I know that she will be cared for by so many wonderful teachers, and staff. Happy first day of school grain valley students!!

FIRST DAY OF KINDERGARTEN!!

Yesterday, when Natalie came home from school, she was pretty bummed that she didn't have enough time to eat all her lunch. Today, I asked her how her day was, and asked her if she met any new friends at lunch, she replied, yes. I asked if she talked to them. She replied, "no talking, just eat!" I checked her lunch box, there was only trash. She sure takes lunchtime seriously!

August 23, 2014 

Our ward luau was awesome!! Loved and enjoyed all the dancing. Thank you, Myranda for teaching us a Tahitian dance. You worked us hard, but we did it! Cant wait to see the video. Blue springs 1st ward rocks!
