Natalie's News
This past week, Natalie has reached 6lbs 4ozs. She can no longer wear her preemie onesies! The newborn onesies are still a little big for her. She started breastfeeding, she is like a Purana. If she can't get the milk quick enough, she cries and ends up falling asleep! She had some secretions in her nose, so they removed the nasal canula. She has a hood over her head. (its like a humidifier) She is much more comfortable with the hood than the nasal canula. She got moved to a HUGE baby bed, at times, I am tempted to get in the bed with her and cuddle! On Thursday night, she was so tired that she fell asleep while we were giving her a bath! We are excited that it is February, she will be able to come home sometime around her due date which was February 19!

Wow! I can't believe how big she is! It honestly sounds like she is doing much better than most preemies of her gestation do! Way to, Natalie! Can you please email me your address? I know you sent it once, but then I forgot to get your package mailed and now I can't find the email you sent. Please email it again. I'm really afraid that none of the preemie clothes I bought for her will fit by the time they arrive! Actually, would you rather have me return them and mail newborn clothes instead? Just let me know what you want to do. And congrats on such a big, healthy baby girl! I can't wait to hear about her homecoming!

Yay! Becky that is such good news! She is getting so big. And it's so wonderful that she is breastfeeding. Wow! That means she beat the odds, doesn't it? That's really awesome. Really. My first didn't breastfeed and he wasn't even a preemie. Way to go Natalie!
It's so exciting that it's almost time for her to come home. WONDERFUL!
Wow, it's coming up. That's exciting. It will be so great when she can be at home with you!
