Thanksgiving.....

I LOVE this time of the year. I love everything about Thanksgiving too. My parents, Trina and Marcus came over the night before Thanksgiving and stayed the night with us. Erich and Marcus went off to play with the guys from church at the Turkey bowl. Dad and I cooked and played cards all morning. The girls colored and watch a few Christmas shows on TV. Hubby and Marcus were back around 10:30 or so. My mom was still sleeping downstairs in the playroom. We invited our sweet neighbor Bee over to lunch. (Her husband is a truck driver). What a fun time we had! After our lunch feast we played rummy with Bee. We laughed, told stories and loved every minute of it. Our girls sure had fun with Bee too! Bee stayed several hours, then left to go home. Since, the girls were happy and playing so well together, we didn't have them take a nap. We ate leftovers for dinner too! Of course, we ate way toooooo much pie! What a wonderful Thanksgiving we had together.
