Can you BELIEVE it!! Natalie Rebecca (aka Ladybug) is 18 months old. She is at such a fun age. She is at the stage where she wants to be independent. She loves to see what we are doing, loves exploring and learning new things. I love this age!
She enjoys..........
listening to mommy read books,
playing with her dolls,
pushing her car around the room,
being outside especially where she can play and be free,
waking up daddy every afternoon by crawling all over him,
watching Sid the Science Kid, Super WHY and Sesame Street,
she squeals with delight when someone knocks on the door,
she squeals of joy when she sees people at the store,
loves her picture taken,
loves music and dancing,
loves taking a bath.
She has started walking up and down steps, eating with a spoon or fork (she can get the food on the utensil) but takes it off with her fingers to eat it!, she looks to talk and babble words, she is constantly pointing at things around the room asking, "what's this?", she loves getting into the pantry to find food that she can open and eat all by herself, she is fascinated with the TV, she stops what she is doing if there is a commercial with music, she likes to help mommy fold the clean laundry by waddling up all the clothes that haven't been folded yet, she has recently tried to put her shoes on all by herself, she is getting better at it! She loves food, she isn't picky yet, she eats anything, Even if she finds it in the trash! eww! I know gross! If she hears the dishwasher being opened, she comes a crawling to help me unload the clean or even help to unload the dirty. She is constantly emptying her dresser drawers, I have finally given up refolding all of her clothes everyday. Now I only do it like 1 or 2 times a week when she isn't in the room to unfold it. I just love being a mommy! What a wonderful job it has been so far! I love watching her learn things. I love hearing her cute little laugh. We are so proud of her and all the milestones that she has made over the past 18 months. We love her so much!
