ouchy!

Yesterday, we were at my parents house. Natalie was in her Aunt Trina's room, playing with her dolls. I was in the living room with my mom, and Eva. I heard Natalie talking in the hallway, I went to check on her, she was picking up a doll and was going to take the doll back to Trina's room, so my mom and I were talking, and I was looking over at the steps and before I knew it, Natalie had fallen down all 6 steps (hardwood steps) I immediately went and picked her up and hugged her. She was screaming and crying. I was even crying. I was heartbroken that she had fallen down the steps. She was holding her ankle so I took off her shoe and check her ankle. She had a few red marks on her forehead, and face but within minutes she stopped crying and calmed down. I was so relived to see that she was okay. I called the Chiropractor's office to get her in later that day. I know that accidents do and will happen but wow! What an emotional event it was! I felt so horrible that it happened and I was nearby. I am grateful that she is okay and that she didn't break anything. What a relief!
