Deanna Rose Farmstead

Last Friday, I picked up Heather and her 2 kiddos and we headed to Kansas to go to the Deanna Rose Farmstead. What a BLAST! We all had so much fun! You can buy baby bottles with milk for a $1.00 to feed the baby goats. Eva loved it! Natalie started off liking it but then she didn't. She stayed in the fenced area with us, but she would constantly say, "I don't like them, mommy!" in a loud voice. The goats kept following her around and she would shout at them. I tried to explain to her that they were really nice, all they want is the bottle of milk that she was carrying. I caught Eva trying to pick up one of the baby goats. Silly girl! She would squeal with delight as she held the bottle to feed them. Our friends kids loved it too! The farmstead is HUGE! Along the way, they have playgrounds, a pony rides, tractor rides, a petting zoo, and fishing! The kids loved it! We, ladies enjoyed it too! We will definitely go back but will be bringing our hubby's along too!
