Last Thursday, I was able to attend Natalie's field trip to the Kansas City Zoo. The forecast was rain all day!!! AHHH! But we got lucky! The rain held off until we boarded the buses. Even though it was chilly out. The zoo trip was a lot of fun. Natalie was the only girl in her class. (The other little girl was sick) but she didn't mind being with the boys. I was able to meet some of the other parents of students that were in Natalie's class. They were all so nice. We rode the train, saw several animals, fed the birds, played on the playground, and went through the barn. The kids all enjoyed the tree house slide. I am so grateful and truly blessed that I am able to go with Natalie on her field trips. So blessed to be a stay at home mom. It was really neat to Natalie communicate with her classmates.
