Eva update...........

For the past few days, Little Eva has had a lot of secretions. She has been getting nasal drops for the past 2 days, and she is also under a hood (which is like a humidifier). Being under the hood dries out her nose but she still gets secretions. They were suctioning them out, but it was causing her nose to bleed. So today, they put her back on Nasal Cannula because she has had several brady's (where she holds her breath.) Then it takes her 4-6 minutes to bump back up for her stats to be in the 90%. She is still on 21% oxygen, they are probably going to be putting her back on CPAP tonight, her little body has been working too hard under the hood. Several of the nurses and the doctor have assured me that going back on CPAP isn't a step back. She just needs a little more time on it along with the Nasal Cannula. I really wanted to hold her today, but I had Natalie with me and I was all by myself. I can't wait for tomorrow so that I can snuggle with my little Jellybean.
