Sweet moments like these..................

We went to visit Eva last night, we went a little later than we should have. Natalie was really tired and ready for bed. There were some nurses that wanted to see Natalie before they left work. So we arrived at the NICU around 6 pm or so. We were able to capture some really great pictures of the girls together. Natalie wanted to walk and crawl all around the room, but we weren't sure if that was a good idea so we took turns taking her to the waiting room to play. They gave her a Big Sister bag with a tee-shirt, book and coloring book. She colored on a few pages all by herself! We introduced coloring but really doesn't seem interested. But it was such a sweet moment to see her holding a crayon coloring! As I was spending time with Eva, she started to cry, she had her tiny little finger holding onto my finger, I quickly moved my hand to her back and shoulder blade, she calmed down pretty quickly. Nurse Stephanie brought her a binky! It was so HUGE compared to her little tiny body! I put it in her mouth, within a few seconds she was sucking on it. So so cute! She even opened her eyes for a long time! I love these moments where your heart just melts!
